These cinnamon rolls came out perfect. Very easy to make overall. Working with the dough at first when it's sticky is a bit difficult. But once you flour it and begin rolling it out, it comes together well. The included cinnamon sugar filling is a very generous amount. So much so that when I was spreading it on, I was thinking of my goodness lol. But once they were baked I was so grateful for all that lovely filling. The dough rose nicely, it doubled in size. I think next time I'll slice the rolls a bit thicker but other than that they are a good size. Very soft and fluffy, great texture. I used the frosting recipe included on the bag. The frosting came out great too. I made them and then froze them as individual rolls. They heated up great in the microwave well, texture remained really good. Highly recommend

It's hard to find GF mixes that turn out well. This one does turn out well and tastes good.

Tastes great given its gluten free.It was hard to work with even for an experienced baker, it is also more expensive than regular mixes, (and the ingredients are not hard to find). I have tried other mixes from this manufacturer and have liked them all.

My daughter found this product and shared with me. She had just tried the crescent rolls and was very impressed.It’s hard to find an affordable and gluten free cinnamon roll/mix. I made for Father’s Day and my family loved these. It’s hard to find a good gluten free cinnamon roll and when you do it’s not cheap.

I used 4” springform pans as suggested on the package. They were wonderfully too huge! Lol. (I ordered smaller pans.) I am working on my own gluten-free flour mix recipe for cinnamon buns without guar gum, etc. But I may be back for more of this on special occasions if mine aren’t as good as Mom’s. Lol!

I tried to make these. The dough never rose and was the worst rolls I have made. I had high hopes, but will keep looking for a different mix.

I haven’t made these yet because I’m too daunted by the directions. Too much work to try to make. Not sure I ever will.
