A lot of fun!
This is way more fun than I was expecting. Needed something to help me develop my hand eye coordination and this was perfect. My kids love to play with it too. Easy to setup and a little tricky at first. But I guess that's the whole point. I'm sure I'll be advancing to the red ball but the lighter ball is challenging by itself.

This is so funny, It was hard at first but I was able to master it within the two hours and already got my eyes on the red ball. Also I am pretty surprised with how high quality it is, especially with the new headband

Really Fun
This boxing reflex ball is pretty fun to use. To practice with it, you just strap it onto your head and try to punch it. I suggest starting out hitting it lighter then build up to a full on punch. I got this for my husband to practice his hand eye coordination and he has definitely gotten more skilled at using it. So overall I believe this is a very useful product.
