Great but you don't get to spit on you hand and rub it like you do a chest strap...... :)
Game changer. I've been using chest straps for the last 15 years. Never really any issues other than batteries dying. Gone through Garmins and then maybe 3 wahoo ones. All fine I guess, the Wahoo's only seem to last a couple of years for some reason. Now, pre-setting the strap for these has always been just one of those things I did, either under a tap and embrace the chill when you put it on, or the spit and rub which always had a mildly kinky vibe to it :) Not to mention the more often than not coffee scented strap after a while. Then I finally cave a get this little switcheroo. I wasn't sure how good it would be using the same kind of system that watch based heart rate sensors use (which always seem to lock on to cadence for me). But this thing is solid. Comfy, requires no spit and means i can add a new weird tan line to my arm come summer. But in seriousness, it's accurate, connects to my suunto watch, (i've not used the coros app), is accurate and i honestly forget I'm wearing it. Plus being that it sits on my upper arm and not at the core of my body, it doesn't get anywhere near as sweaty in the heat.

The best optical sensor, but swap the strap
The best optical sensor (I tried them all). Extremely accurate around the bicep and even the wrist (not usually advised due to inaccuracy). Easy to charge, usb-c, and the auto on/off works beautifully. The strap is too uncomfy and pinchy, but is easily swapped for a replacement Coospo Hw9 strap which is the best (feed it through in one loop and trim the bits). Like all opticals, readings lag a few seconds behind realtime, and it takes a few seconds to dial in after putting on.

Brillant monitor
Brillant heart rate strap. Easy to set up, works great with my garmin forerunner. I forget that I’m wearing it so much more comfortable than a chest strap. Used 5 times so far so can’t comment on durability but so far so good

Works brilliantly
Brilliant product. Having had a Polar H10 for years and gone through god knows how many chest straps I decided to try this as I'd heard good reviews about arm straps. It's not missed a beat since getting it...excuse the pun! It's also less restrictive than something around your chest and a lot more accurate than the wrist based HR.

All in all a great piece of kit
Comfortable, good quality. I like how you can remove and wash the strap. Accuracy is great. Responds to changes in intensity seems slightly slower than chest strap but it’s far more comfortable and marginal loss in this area. Fit is adjustable.

Fixes Apple watch connectivity issues
Perfect. Wife’s Apple Watch is very flaky and has connections issues. Bought this to fix that problem and it is doing what it needs to do. Connects to Peloton Bike+, treadmill and Hydrow with ease. Not sure on the battery life but so far so good. Wife’s happy.

Great upgrade from wrist based hr.
Significant upgrade vs wrist hr. A lot more comfortable than chest strap. I did an 8 x 400m interval session in sub zero weather and it record 7 out of 8 with a small error on 1. Super easy to set up on a Garmin watch.

Get one. You won’t regret it
Love mine. Use it on every run. It does its job so well you’ll forget you’ve got it on. It’s so much more accurate than even a high end running watch and much more comfortable than a chest strap. Connects v easily and battery life is amazing.

Se connecte rapidement. On l'oublie au porté contrairement à une ceinture

Muy buen medidor de frecuencia, siento más confianza que con el reloj. Le dura mucho la pila y es muy cómodo

Excellent form factor and design. Very comfortable to wear, I often forget to take if off after my workout. The USB C / mag cord works well enough, but a standard USB C - USB C cord would be better for people like me who tend to lose cords. Great value too! Compatible with all of my devices, pairing is fast and always reliable.

Original product. Works as expected. Better HR tracking compared to wist based heart monitor. Got this to get better accuracy as far as training load is concerned. Amazing battery life and connects easily with a COROS watch via the app.
