Blinky 9679005 Big Square Wooden Stool

I read other reviews that said this was poor quality before ordering but underestimated just how rough the wood was. Poorly cut wood that has frayed on the cross bars, big knots with deep holes. I had to sandpaper a number of parts before painting it. I decided to keep the stool because it happens to be the perfect size and it is destined to live in my garden shed. If it had been for indoor use I would have returned it. I bought one as a trial with the intention of buying a second if it was any good - I will not buy another.

This is a beautifully sturdy little stool , perfect for what we wanted but it was purchased in the garden furniture section and it is obviously not intended for out door use. It’s warping after 36 hours , extremely disappointed . Suggest it’s removed from this category please

This is very poor quality and not like the photo shows. The wood is bare and poorly sanded, and there are large splintered bits all over it. Looks like poor, rushed workmanship. Also light as a feather and doesn’t feel sturdy enough to even sit on. Too much hassle to send back so I’ll have to sand and varnish it myself.

Great for indoor good size and well made. This is untreated wood. Stable, no problem to stand on it. Is not large, is not heavy and very handy when I need to get to upper kitchen shelves. Pine wood. Double cardboard packaging is great, no chance this can be damaged in transit.

expected it to be as per photo but it was plain soft wood.dont expect it to last a long time

We bought our first one a couple of years ago to use while gardening. The older we get the harder it is to kneel and bend. It has been used almost every day by my wife. We bought these latest two, one for me and one as a spare.At this price these are probably the best items we have ever bought for the garden.
