Antonino Caffè 100 Nespresso Compatible Coffee Capsules Pods - Venezia blend Antonino Caffè Coffee Pods are compatible with every Nespresso * machine. Our goal is to offer you the best Nespresso compatible capsules ever, not only as regards taste but also the technology behind our product. We are pleased to offer you best quality at the lowest price possible on the market. We use only whole beans of first choice without defects. The difference between our capsules and the capsules of our main competitors is that our production process is carried out in a controlled atmosphere, where there is no oxygen. We start grinding our coffee already in the controlled atmosphere, then we mix it for a few hours to stabilize its quality and then we pack it into capsules still in a condition of controlled atmosphere. This procedure guarantees constant quality to our product, capsule by capsule, and also many months after the production. Shelf-life 24 months - the oxygen inside capsules (coffee pods) is lower than 1% so that coffee doesn't become oxidized. * Our capsules are not original Nespresso capsule, we sell compatible coffee pods with Nespresso machines. Nespresso is a trademark of Nestlé SA. Neither that company or it’s affiliates have manufactured or endorsed Amorcaffe products.

you get what you pay for in coffee
Using a capsule machine is an expensive way to have coffee and searching for something that has a quality taste that you like among the many of the non nespresso pods is a bit of a minefield, especially when you search in the cheaper end of the market. I saw these and decided to give them a go. Now to be clear, I've only just tried 1 large mug full of Americano and I have to say the taste is a bit harsh for me, it's not unpleasant but to be expected given that this is 80% robusto, you do get the bitterness coming through. It might be fine in a milk based drink though but when the box is done, I won't be buying again. I'll spend a few extra quid and get another batch of the Gimoka coffee linked below which although only 6 out of 10 on the strength scale is 100% Arabica which makes all the difference. As a side note both this pod and my linked are plastic which is a concern. On a two week holiday I saved all the used pods in large freezer bags before disposal and it did concern me, using these pods daily over a year, is a huge amount to landfill. 100 Nespresso Compatible Coffee Capsules - Gimoka Coffee (5. I tested them so you don't have to
I tried these as a bit of a test. "How bad can the cheapest Nespresso-compatible capsules actually be?" Terrible, it turns out.I forced myself through the whole box over the last few weeks, and here's a typical experience: one capsule breaks open in the machine, leading to a lengthy clean-up; one puts out a tiny dribble over the course of two full minutes; one actually works and creates the amount of coffee you've actually requested.I've never had either of the first two issues with any other brand of Nespresso-compatible capsules, so the issue isn't my machine. I have experienced bad coffee before, though, and the results of when these actually work is exactly that: bitter, plastic-tasting, and about as "espresso"-like as a supermarket instant.Sometimes it's worth trying the cheapest version of something. It occasionally turns out that paying a premium isn't worth it, and a "basic" version is fine. This is not one of those cases. Spend the extra and get something from the L'Or range that's also on Prime.

Dont but even to try it.
Good smell and thats it... terrible quality of pods. Use 1 pid after 3 in the bin.. 1 out 4 works. Coffee not strong enough, terrible body texture. Pod got stock in my machine.. maybe I need to replace it as its cheaper to buy a new one than fix it

pod problems
i find the coffee ok taste wise, maybe a little weak but fair value i suppose. The main problem is the pods, i have used these in two nespresso machines and had pod troubles in both machinesthe main problem is the deform and get physically jammed inside the brewing chamber unit of the machine, i am not sure if the pod is too large or the heat warps the plastic pod either way its a nightmare, also the pods tend to burst from the larger foil end so i end up with a right mess every other cupplus out the box the pods can already be slightly misshapeni dont know if i got a couple of boxes out of a bad batch but right now for every 3 cups i make only one works problem free which means with 2 out of 3 pods wasted the what first seems like a good value for money product became a higher priced item per pod when we calculate the failed pod ratedue to the high number of failed pods i cannot recommend this product doubly so now they just went up in price by over £3 which makes this a bad deal considering the failure rate.bottom line is you should avoid this product

Nice but not excessively intense which i personally prefer.
I am enjoying these coffees whilst not actually wowed by them. I however like very strong intense coffees. My girlfriend really likes them and several friends have commented positively about the flavour of these so its probably just me. They are stronger than average in flavour, but not nearly as strong as say the nespresso arpeggio capsules, I'd give these a 5 or 6 intensity rating myself. If you do not like your coffee overly strong you may well like these, but if you like intense strong black coffee these just miss that mark.

Value for money
I have made lungo and expreso coffee from these found them to be nice and reasonably strong without being bitter. Would have given them 5 stars but have had a few miss fire so to speak in my machine . How ever I would say no more than any other non nespreso original pods I have tried .

The search for a good value pod continues
I love my Nespresso machine. It is so convenient and, using the Nespresso own pods, you get a decent coffee. I try to convince myself that I am saving money compared with buying coffee at Starbucks but the truth is they are very expensive for home coffee. Unfortunately I haven't found a cheaper alternative I really like. The flavour of these is ok but I find them too weak. To get a cup that matches, or nearly matches, the Nespresso own pods, I have to use two, with rather defeats the purpose.

Great everyday value - Quick delivery !!
These pods are great value if you drink a lot of coffee. Nespresso pods are just too expensive when you drink the amount of coffee I do daily. The soft foil backing ensures your machine is not put under pressure when piercing the pods - I have found this an issue with other compatible brands and indeed the occasional batch of Nespresso pods !!!. Flavour is as good as any of the instant Barista coffees I have used . . while maybe not for the pallet of a coffee connoisseur . . . for the cost per 100 pods, I would more than recommend. Will be buying again. Well done Antonino Caffe !! Very happy with purchase !!!!
