Rapid Eyewear Fore Green-Opaque Polarised Sunglasses for Golf, With Interchangeable lenses

I have been looking for some golf-specific sunglasses for a while and having owned several pairs of Oakleys over the years, thought they would be the way forward. I tried theirs on and they are very nice sunglasses, but at £200+ for the frames and two pairs of lenses I was a bit reluctant to buy them as they were mostly going to stay in my golf bag.So, I did some research and came across these offerings from Rapid Eyewear and I have to say that I'm VERY glad that I did. They arrived within two days of ordering and the build quality and the optical benefits out on the course are fantastic. The first three times I wore them, three different playing partners tried them on said they were heading home to order some for themselves (one friend needed prescription sunglasses and these fitted the bill perfectly apparently).Swapping the lenses over is a doddle and the green tinted ones make any course look like it's on the cover of Golfer's Digest- such detail and contrast. So, as the title says, if you are in the market for some sunglasses for golf (and by reading this, I assume that you are!), then I can definitely recommend these. Free P&P didn't offend either!

I bought these based on the reviews and also liked the fact that they are vented to prevent fogging. BUT (and it is a big but) .... the lenses are VERY fiddly to change and only one set seems to actually sit in the frames correctly with the top of the lenses in the frame groove. The other sets end up with the vents sitting proud on the front of the frames. Big disappountment and complete waste of money. Have consigned to garage shelf and resurrected my old (unvented) Tifosi cycling glasses. I'll live with the fog!

I really like these. They feel comfortable on and definitely help me follow my ball better in cloudy and/or bright conditions. Quite sturdy and the travel case is perfect for keeping in my golf bag. Only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found it very difficult to change the lens. Certainly not something I would attempt when out on the course. Other than that, they are great.

I purchased Fore sunglasses specifically for golf & I have not been disappointed. The mirrored lens provides superb contrast & definition as well as glare reduction on bright days & the polarised lens is equally as good in more changeable conditions.I have not yet had the opportunity to test the yellow lens for dull days but if it's as good as the other lenses there should be no problem. The frames are quite flexible & well made & changing the lenses is no problem once you have done it a couple of times. Easily as good as the big name brands at a fraction of the price. Also good all round sunglasses off the golf course. Highly recommended.

The glasses arrived on time, the 3 sets of lenses make them useful for all golf light conditions. Easy to change and with the suitable carry case made them a very good buy. Find them very comfortable and the no fogging claim is quite correct.Very happy with this purchase.

Pleased with the purchase, arrived very promptly. Easy to swap lenses. Good definition and contrast and helps to see the borrows on the greens.

Excellent product. Just what I needed for golf. Being able to change the lens is a real bonus when needing to see the ball in the different types of light. Snug but not a tight fit, never feel that they are going to drop off. Well worth the money and a prompt delivery.
