Q: I see the nameplate says 4948 gph but the description says 5722. which is correct?

At 1.2 hp., this pump should do more than 5722.

Q: does this need to be reprimed each time water in the area drys out and then refills?

As long as the pump is immersed in more than 1 1/2 inches of water, it was self prime.

Q: What are the lengh of power and float cords, thanks
