My review of this waist trainer so far is very positive. It’s definitely better than the one I purchased from TikTok. I’m a petite woman, about 5’0 and around 145 lbs, and I do have a bit of a mommy tummy. After reading different reviews, I decided to order a size large because I didn’t want to deal with returning it if it didn’t fit. So far, the waist trainer fits well. I’m able to hook it on the second row comfortably. When I sit down, it doesn’t roll up in the back, but I do notice a little rolling in the stomach area when sitting, which might just be because of my position. Other than that, I can breathe fine and sit up straight without feeling uncomfortable. For the value, I definitely think it’s worth the money. I’m glad I purchased the large. I probably could have sized down, but I didn’t want to risk it. I mainly wanted something that would help cover my stomach more when wearing pants and dresses.

This waist trainer is definitely worth the money. The sizing is true to size. If you want a tighter fit I suggest you size down. It’s very comfortable while giving you the compression you want. It doesn’t roll down or up so it supports the back very well. I definitely would suggest this waist trainer. Great product.

I have been using this for a few months. I am 4 months post partum and feel like it offers nice support for my stomach as well as my back. Material does not irritate my skin, and the hooks stay in place and is very stretchy. Only downside is that I do find the middle strap to move around or will fold when sitting down and makes a crease. I’m about 5’2 and 150lbs and ordered a medium and fit well. Comes to the top of the ribs and down to the hips on me, but can be adjusted.

This item is well made and sturdy, and for a different body I am sure it would work well. I am a bariatric patient with extra skin and pudge that hangs a little, so I wanted something that would cinch and smooth my midsection that wouldn't be uncomfortable and would look good underneath my graduation dress. The first two belts snapped together and were comfortable enough, but the third belt that cinches the waist in the middle was so much tighter than the other two that it was painful to wear. Sitting down was worse, and the shaper folded inward at the middle, making you feel like something was pressing straight into your stomach HARD. I followed the advice of reviewers who said to order one size down, but I think my own size would have been better for me. Note that if you are a bariatric patient with soft/sagging midsection after lots of weight lost, this shaper will push your extra fluff up and out, creating very noticeable bulges/rolls at your back and lower tummy. Last minute, I ran to the local WM store and bought a cheap high cut torso shaper/panty for eleven dollars and that worked perfectly and was comfy, so I will be returning this one.

I love this product. I use it in the morning when I wake up for about three hours especially while I’m working it’s great! I look toned and it helps me with my posture. I wasn’t sure before but it’s worth the money me it fits great as well as I don’t sweat alot with this. It supports my back and helps with my sciatic pain

So far this is my favorite waist trainer! The 3 tiers of tightening allow it to accommodate some curvier shapes. Usually my waist is really far off from my bust and hips, so it’s hard to find a good fit. It doesn’t seem to roll. I can’t speak to the durability yet, but it defines my curves and feels like a good material. Overall I’m happy. My mom is a little rounder than me, she tried it on the same size and was able to get her waist defined better too.

I bought this specifically for abdominal support post standard tummy tuck and being released to return to work. I am 5'8" 180lbs, and naturally have pronounced hips and ribcage prior to my procedure. I am currently 3 weeks post op and have tested this out once. I put it over my stage 2 faja. On the widest setting for the eye hooks, I was able to close it. It was very snug, but not painful. I couldn't really do much because it was hard to breathe after how exhausted I was closing it up properly. Again, I am only 3 weeks post op, so there is a lot of very normal life that wipes me out in minutes. As I drain more fluid each day and become stronger, I have a lot of faith in this garment. At this junction, I am giving it a solid 5 starts. It is high quality, the price is reasonable, it has fabulous stretch, and an even bettersnatched. If my feelings change after using it at work (Im a bartender and landscaper), I will update accordingly. I will also update if it exceeds my expectations. UPDATE: I am now 4.5 weeks post op and using this mostly at night while I sleep. The top and bottom bands can clip to the tightest, while the middle one is still on the lowest. I can breathe and move around easily in it. Under it, I opt out of my faja and put on a very tight compression tank that reaches past my hips. I am very pleased with this item, and plan to order it in a smaller size soon.
