Why is fresca sometimes labelled "sparkling soda water" and sometimes as "sparkling soda"? my sister insists there's a difference.

I actually prefer the Peach flavor rather than the Citrus. The Peach flavor tastes like soda while the Citrus is more like a sparkling water--and I don't like sparkling waters.
