Q: Could you use this product as a nipple cover and uplifting breast tape?

I wouldn't have thought so, it did the job of holding my clothes on but I'm not sure it would be strong enough to provide uplift. I wouldn't use it on nipples, it is ultra sticky and would be painful to remove. Hope this helps.

Q: Is it suitable to use on silk garments?

I think you could use it on a silk item if you were to cut it down in size to only a tiny strip. If you used a whole strip you would probably damage the material when you were removing it. As silk is so lightweight I think even a tiny strip would be enough to hold it in place.

Q: Would it work holding up a strapless dress?

depends how heavy the dress is....i'm assuming it just slips down a fair bit? If it's a typical fabric bodycon dress or party dress then yes, it's very strong. But if it's more of a prom dress or heavily embroidered beaded/gem dress then maybe not??
