Compact and Handy Breathwork Cards – Great for Beginners
I purchased these breathwork cards to deepen my meditation practice and to give myself a moment to pause during busy workdays. The concept of picking a different breathing technique each day really appealed to me, and there are a lot of things I love about this set.Pros:• Good Quality: Although the cards are small (more on that below), the material feels high-quality with a decent thickness. I have no doubt that they’ll hold up well over time, even with frequent use.• Inspirational Quotes: I also love that each card includes a quote on the back. It adds a bit of inspiration and helps set a peaceful, mindful tone before starting the breathing technique.• Great Value: For the price, these cards are a great value. It’s clear a lot of time and intention went into designing them. I think they could be an incredibly powerful tool, especially for someone just getting started with meditation or breathwork practices.Cons:• Size: My first impression when I opened the box was that the cards are tiny! They’re about the size of a miniature deck of cards. Personally, I don’t mind since I have good eyesight and find the small size convenient for portability—easy to toss into a purse or bag if you’re traveling or on the go. But if you’re considering these as a gift, be aware of the small size—it definitely makes them feel cheaper.• Repetition: Another downside is that some of the cards feel repetitive. Many of them have similar techniques just with different names. I would have preferred fewer cards with more unique breathing techniques to avoid that sense of redundancy.Overall, these cards are a great addition to my meditation routine, and I can see them being especially useful for someone new to breathwork or needing quick guidance throughout the day. Just be mindful of the small size and some overlap in the techniques.

Great variety, actually useful, and easy to keep on a desk or in a drawer.

Small Cards with Miniscule Print.
These cards were packed so tightly in the box that I nearly destroyed the box to get them out. The cards are also small, about 1/2 the size of my hand, and the print is difficult to read unless you have good lighting & great vision. I suggest a good reading lamp, progressive lenses, reading glasses, a magnifying glass, or go all-in for Lasik!The breathing techniques are helpful & the cards are a good reminder to take time out for mindfulness & mental relaxation.Although this was listed as a toy, I would consider it more as a self-help tool.

These are great when you need a reminder to calm down, they are definitely a little smaller than what I thought I was buying but overall very calming!
