- This sparkling Prosecco is made by gently pressing of the grapes, fermenting the wine without the skins, then giving the wine a Charmat method secondary fermentation.
- The ultra-high quality grapes grown in the hills of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG zone ensure this Prosecco Superiore its inimitable aromas and flavours of green apple, acacia blossom, and full-flowering wisteria. It appears a pale but luminous straw yellow, and boasts a long-lingering, slender cascade of pin-point bubbles.
- This utterly self-confident Extra Dry sparkling Prosecco is at its best first as an aperitif wine, then with steamed or baked shellfish, prawns, or sole. It is lovely as well with moderately-sweet pastries and cakes.
