I bought this scale with high expectations. The scale arrived with clear and easy directions and easy app set / connection. The first scale I ordered ended up being faulty, I changed the batteries multiple times but the device failed to power up. I reached out to the customer service and received an initial response fairly quickly. I provided some photos and video of my issue. Unfortunately, due to a delay in my issue arising over a weekend / holiday season, the customer service rep was not able to get a hold of me again until I started a return. The company did offer a FREE replacement and did not require me to send back my original order. The customer service rep was amazing and tried everything to make my experience better. I really appreciated it. They were friendly, professional, and provided great follow up. This experience lead me to trying a second RunStar device. I reordered the same scale believing I got a random bad model. My second scale works like a dream! Easy start up, the app connects easily, when my scale is on the app instantly connects. The information on the reports provides amazing insights and is helping me to reach my goals in the gym. I would 100 percent buy from this scale and use this company again. Customer service is awesome when issues arise and the product is great. This scale is great for weight lifter, athletes, health enthusiasts. Provides reports and detailed breakdowns of your body. Tracks stats and every time you log a measurement.

The weight is accurate but the rest is BS. My husband is working out and visibly building muscle and losing is belly fat. This scale says the opposite is happening and showing him a higher body fat percentage. Total waste of money.

So far so good. A bit finiqui at times, and sometimes seems to completely lose it's mind. There is no way that the body fat % can go more than 1% from one day to the next. (I just delete the entry that day and ignore the scale.) The next day the scale goes back to a more reasonable ready. I think the BF % maybe within +_ 2% of reality which is great, which is why I still give the scale 5 stars. The app can have some improvements, because even when I'm under 14% BF still declare me Overweight because the BMI comes up to 26.5 based on my height and weight, it should take in consideration the BF %

The scale is accurate but it is very difficult to get the dexa scan to work every time. This was one of the negatives most of the reviews said. When it does compute it is very informative.

I didn’t realize this takes batteries when I bought it. I looked at so many, I thought it was a USB charge. Unfortunately the batteries were died shortly after I programmed it. We’ve only used it a few times & the batteries are dead again!!! The devise & program are great. It does measure everything but you have to use your phone & the phone app. It’s great that you can print the records to compare but I don’t like having to put fresh batteries every few months!!

This product is awesome! I’ve had it since Oct 2025. No issues. Love all the info it provides. Has helped me reach my goals. Have recommended to all my gym friends!

I waited to review this only because I wanted to give it a proper chance. You need to download the app and sync it before each weigh-in. I’ve been trying to use this once a week & it fails 99% of the time. As a matter of fact, it’s only worked twice in the six months we’ve had it & It hasn’t worked at all for my wife. When it fails, there’s about six points of correction you’re supposed to make but after you make the necessary adjustments it repeats the fail codes. It’s basically an overpriced scale, which at least seems to be accurate.

القراءات ليست دقيقة توقعت نتيجة افضل من كذا مقارنه بسعره المهم انك تاخذ الاحتياطات وقت اخذ القراءه مثل على معدة فارغه و ملابس خفيفة و هذا النوع الي معه مسكة يد يرسل ٨ إشارات المفترض نتيجته دقيقة و لكن للاسف لا

No calcula bien mi % de grasa corporal para mi tipo de cuerpo. Me dejaba en 21.3% cuando el inbody del gym me marca 32%. Soy relativamente delgada de brazos y piernas con tendencia a guardar más grasa en barriga.
