I have been smoking for over 40 years and have tried many different things but decided to try these with plenty of willpower they really helped me quit 6 months later still smoke free and I put it down to these as so handy and quick to kick back at the craving

I bought these to help me quit vaping with nicotine. They have helped me vape with nicotine less and use my nicotine free vape more but I haven't so far been able to quit vaping with nicotine completely. I still find it almost impossible to drink my morning coffee without vaping with nicotine and I still find it very hard to go without my evening vape with nicotine. I would still recommend this product to anyone who wants to quit smoking or vaping with nicotine because a lot of people including my dad have managed to quit smoking successfully with these and I think it is still a very useful tool for anyone who wants to quit smoking or vaping with nicotine or just wants to try to cut down. Even though I have so far been unsuccessful with quitting vaping with nicotine using these I still think they are a good product which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars. If I manage to quit vaping with nicotine completely with these I will change this review to 5 stars.

Not quite as good as a cigarette but close. Better than gum.

So these do settle or atleast ease intense cravings to a manageable state. However, they don’t really taste much of mint, the flavour I would say really needs to be powerful asf, cause they taste like I can’t even explain it.They do the job enough, but with the very low mint taste, over powered by the meh taste. There’s also an insanely slimy texture, it’s so off putting. The smaller mints are ten folds better for tasting like actual mints and delivering you a better nicotine fix. If I could find the ones I had once whilst in hospital, I’d grab them. As I want a great fix of nicotine but also a constant powerful mint taste.They’re cheap, they do the job. But prepare for a god awful texture and a horrible flavour, cause the mint taste is barely noticeable.

Bought for a friend. She was happy with them.
