Very sturdy build, knurling is deep cut and provides a firm but comfortable grip, great for powerlifting, coating is scratch resistant, a little over-greased on delivery but the bearings spin great. The color is a bit lighter than picture (green).

The barbell is fantastic! It’s balanced and heavy duty. The bar has great knurling, so no worries about it slipping. It’s great for heavy lifts, and is much more affordable than other barbells. This was a great purchase!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is just as good as any Olympic bar you would over spend on. Great quality and super smooth to slide the plates on and off. Just make sure you have locks because the plates slide off easily.

Great bar. I like the color gives added focus. The knurling is just right doesn't rip legs or clothes when doing ground work.

I mean what can I say. It’s a barbell and does what it’s supposed to.Only downside, covered in oil.
