The attached Airplane adapter does not have Bluetooth function. If you want to use Bluetooth on the aircraft, you need to purchase an additional Bluetooth transmitter.

Why do the headphones you received not work in wired mode?

It only supports 3.5mm audio port. Do not use the typec/usb to typec data cable as an audio cable. If you want to use the typec port, please purchase an additional typec to 3.5mm conversion head.

Why won't the headphones you receive charge?
