This pipe set at the time of this review is very cheap costing for what you get in the box. You get a Pipe with a separation point in the bowl and stem for cleaning. The bowl has a screw that can be removed to remove the bowl. The stem has a metal filter in it that can be pulled out and cleaned. My first problem came with the metal filter that had metal shavings and metal spirals from the holes that were drilled still attached in the ends of the filter piece. 1 suck on this thing and I would have gotten a lung full of metal bits and chunks in my mouth. Good thing I saw this and cleaned everything really good before I used it.Also included is a stand , this for me is very attractive as who wants their pipe to fall over so for the cost of this , this is a nice luxury item to include. They also include 2 thick screen balls , 2 silicone mouth piece covers a Pack of flat pipe screens, A poker, packer and pusher tool and a bag of silicone rings and a thin poker. There is also a velvet bag!Function is ok. Its got a tighter draw then I would prefer from the metal filter in the stem. I tried to replace the metal filter with a basic pipe filter tube and it did not fit properly. If I remove the metal filter the draw is airy like I like it to be. The bowl is metal but its black so Im not sure if thats been anodized or painted. I hope its not painted. The stem at the bottom of the bowl appears to be metal. I did not get any pipe cleaners in my kit though it shows them in the video and in the picture.I feel like this kit is a good value for the cost, though a person should take caution before using and look over everything really good and clean everything. This is a beginner pipe set up with all the extras. It is more a bit of a novelty to a serious smoker. If your looking for a gift for a serious smoker, this will end up on a shelf as a decoration. If your just wanting to start out and want a starting place on the cheap , This is it.

This tobacco pipe is nothing short of splendid. Its craftsmanship reflects a keen attention to detail, reminiscent of the finest cases of the Baker Street abode. The bowl is generous and allows for a slow, contemplative smoke that stirs the mind to clarity. I find it particularly adept at enhancing one’s powers of observation while engaged in deep thought or during long hours of reflection. A fitting companion for the discerning detective, indeed. Five stars for this remarkable instrument of leisure!

There aren’t any. This was to use with mullein & tea as part of quitting cigarettes. Lots of little parts & no instructions as to how to use them. The mfr shouldn’t assume that a customer already knows what to do with them.

This pipe kit comes with everything you need (besides the stuff you put in it), such as screens, a brass "filter", cleaners pokers, stokers, a carry pouch and a stand. The pipe itself is a rather well made, solid feeling piece, and nothing cheap feeling about this.The inner spacing is lined with a metal bowl liner that is hefty and also solid feeling. It's easy to clean for the most part, you can get disposable filters to replace the brass filter piece if you desire.The pipe holds well in the hand, but the only gripe I have is you might need the stand if you are going to set it down without tipping it.Otherwise this is a great kit.

This could have easily been a 10 if it just didn't have a plastic bowl and was just a simple wood fired bowl. and with everything included it would have been a perfect beginner set with all the tools that you would need but the bowl ruins it for longevity and ironically health because i don't want melted plastic vapors to inhale along with my tobacco.

Thought that this might be worth getting to try it out as it comes with pretty much everything you need to get started at a very low price. One of the main reasons that I picked this kit was that it comes with a stand. There are two screens balls, two flat pipe screens, two silicone mouth pieces, a bag with several silicone gasket rings with a thin pusher, and a 3 tool kit that has a scraper, cleaner, and tamper. For the price this kit comes with everything.As I was looking over the pipe, which looks nice but different than what I've used the in past (wood pipe), I noticed some black flakes. I blew out the pipe and small bits of black particles came out of the pipe. I would highly recommend doing a thorough cleaning of the pipe before use. Don't want to inhale weird foreign objects. If you are into pipe smoking then you will probably want something that is of higher quality but if you are looking to see if you are interested in pipe smoking then this might be the starter kit worth trying. I'll probably end up getting a nicer pipe in the future but this will do until then.

This is the first beginner Pipe set that I've seen that actually includes the Pipe Holder, as a Beginner, you're not likely to continuously smoke your pipe, you'd want to try out different nuances, such as burn strength, and tamping amount. You're more likely to rest your pipe on something because you don't want to keep holding it, but you don't know how to hold the pipe in your teeth/mouth yet. This is an excellent gift that you can get for any beginner Pipe smoker and could also be an intro piece that an experienced Pipe smoker can get and keep for anyone interested when they start seeing you smoke a pipe. Definitely recommend to keep one on hand.
