OLIEAN HS03 807956-001 HSTNN-LB6U Notebook Battery Replacement for Hp Pavilion 15-AFl4CA 14-AM038CA 15-AC157CI 15AC121DX 15-AF124AU 10.95V 2670mAh

This review is for the 10.95v version of the laptop battery, sold by OLIEAN HMT. I live in the USA. My original / OEM laptop battery that came with my new laptop is an HP "HS03" battery --- 10.95Vdc, 2750mAh. The battery also has markings saying 10.95V - 31Wh - Nom: 2831 mAh. The battery has a sticker on it that says "Replace with HP Spare 807956-001" I can find that exact battery on HP's website --- but the 10.95v version is approx $78 + tax + shipping, and it's out-of-stock. I searched for several hours on the general internet and cannot find that battery in-stock anywhere in the USA. And anytime I find it outside the USA, the lead-time is approx 2 months. On Amazon it was also difficult to locate, as the higher-voltage version of the battery seems much more common. I eventually found this generic version of the battery -- at 10.95V -- sold by OLIEAN HMT --- but again the lead-time was approx 2 months -- arrival sometime in July 2020. The price was very fair (approx $28 + $5 shipping = Approx $33 total) -- So I purchased it. I figured it'd be a fun surprise when it arrives sometime this summer. To my GREAT surprise, it arrived 6 days later ! Repeat --- ordered 5/16/20 -- arrived 5/22/20 ! It was delivered by the regular US Postal Service. Shipping label reports that it shipped from Tucker GA (USA) zip code 30084. Shipping packaging provided ample protection for the battery, so no complaints there. Upon opening the packaging and comparing the battery to my OEM battery, I could see no physical difference. Markings on battery report it as 10.95V, 31Wh. Another set of marking report it as 10.95V / 2670 mAh. Battery installation was a perfect fit in my laptop, and battery has been working fine since install. Charge / discharge time lengths seem to be as expected. I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend the product & the seller. Thanks again for a competitive price & unexpectedly fast shipping !

I ordered this battery as a replacement for the original one in my six-year-old laptop. It wasn't easy to find one with the same voltage and storage capacity, and I was a bit apprehensive at first about buying a battery not from the original manufacturer. It arrived this afternoon, on the short end of the delivery time frame (about 3 weeks altogether), and after charging it up, I've had it running for half the evening and am only down to 80%. I'm impressed.

The day the battery was installed, the computer started blanking out and shutting down on its own. A few days later, the computer froze entirely, with partition file damage. We inserted another hard drive, were able to retrieve data using an external method, and put the old battery back in. Fine since. Seems too coincidental that a hard drive would fail shortly after inserting a new battery to blame it on the hard drive.Cannot recommend this battery, but it seems to be the only choice for these old HP laptops.

This battery has worked very well with my HP laptop since 8 month. It seems like it were original but it lasts longer than that. It took like a month to come from China, but everything was fine and worked like promised, so i highly recommend you to buy it,just check your laptop model is included in the specs. My laptop model is a HP-15ay061nr with a HS03 battery which worked at 10.95Vdc and 2750 mAh (second photo) , while this one works at 10.95 Vdc and 2670 mAh (first photo), so it is almost identical like the old one. That's why I decided to pay more money for this one, because other batteries seemed misleading and with different voltages which can damage the laptop circuits.

I received this battery in 17 days. It was 34% charged and fit my 17" HP Notebook perfectly. It charged up easily and gave me almost triple the battery life of my old, original HP battery. This is a 3 cell, 10.x volt battery. It is hard to find this battery from a reliable dealer at a reasonable price. Apparently, HP discontinued this 10.x volt battery and went to a 4 cell, 14 volt battery, USING THE SAME PART NUMBER! That was dumb. If you need a 10-11 volt battery, this one works great. I appreciate the seller still making this battery available for those of us who need it.

The battery worked great at first, but now it’s DEAD and I hardly ever use the computer.I asked how to return it for a replacement? The seller advised me that the product has a 1 year warranty and they are sending me a new battery.

Poor lifespan , easy to install. Not value for money because the lifespan is weak about a year if so much, once u uses your laptop everyday.
