Husband bought for me! Love, love, love this! Comes with so many extras that I’m still working my way through them! I’ve wanted my own embroidery machine for ages and this one had great reviews. Affordable as well. Highly recommend.

As a seamstress it's so important to have a good machine and I've been needing a new sewing machine for awhile now and saw this Brother machine. The price was right and it came with alot of extra thread and bobbins. The machine is digital and easy to operate. It is quiet and sturdy. While I have not used the embroidery part of this machine, the last machine I had was also a Brother and it embroidered great!

The machine is absolutely wonderful. I recommend finding YouTube videos to learn how to use it instead of focusing on the book that comes with it.The reason I am not giving five stars is because the bundle is the issue. The thread is really cheap and awful. I almost sent the machine back after playing with it for a week, but when a friend with a similar machine saw the issues I was having, she realized it was the thread. Once I got more expensive thread, it works great. The thread that comes keeps breaking, pulls up thread underneath it so projects don't look good, and it even got to the point where it was ripping through the salvage material on the back. It is not worth using the thread. I would recommend just buying the machine and buying a better polyester embroidery thread. Save your money on the bundle. It's not worth it.

The machine itself works great! DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE WITH THE THREAD INCLUDED! The thread that comes with this machine is so terrible that you cannot even stitch anything. Buy the machine by itself and then order thread separate. I broke two needles and the bobbin casing and after replacing those decided maybe it was the thread. Ordered new thread and it ran perfectly! My kids pulled together and bought me this for Mother's Day. I am so happy to have started using it right away. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I have done several projects already embroidery and sewing. This machine is easy enough for the beginner and or an experienced sewer. I am not super Tech savvy, so this is perfect for me.

I love it! Unfortunately I am already outgrowing the 4x4 hoop size!

Now that I have finally figured out how to use it I am liking this machine. However, the part needed for embroidering was missing from my box. After contacting brother (with no help) and then watching countless YouTube and TikTok videos to see what the issue could be, I contacted them and to their credit they sent me the missing part right away. I wish customer support was better and that the machine was easier for those of us new to embroidery to learn. I also have trouble with transferring designs via WiFi and we have wonderful WiFi service, so I think it’s a lag with the machine. I hope to learn how to use this machine more effectively in the future.
