Great Product at An Awesome Price!
I've been using this for a while now. It's a great replacement for my old monitor with a lot of new features. Installation is easy and straight forward, the split current transfers make that very easy. The app works well and it's already set up for Home Assistant integration and the ability to use that as your server so no need to sed data out of your home. I had one small problem that tech support quickly and professionally took care of. I have 4 panels and lots of circuits to monitor so I will be buying several.

Great Energy monitoring system
Installed a generator backup system, Along with the energy monitoring system. System is showing me where my electricity is coming from (city power or my generator power) and where it’s going and how much I am using…This is one of the best energy monitoring system I have run across! After connecting everything up, turned on the energy monitoring system,,,system came up and everything was working as intended. (Absolutely an easy Installation) Contacted customer service with a question about labeling circuits from app. customer service replied in about 12 hours, answered all my questions. AS OF RIGHT NOW, GREAT ENERGY MONITORING SYSTEM. Easy to install, and the app was easy to work with. Those who posted negative reviews probably didn’t know what they were doing. 🤔 And probably should not be in there circuit panel (death commit soon) if you touch the wrong thing!!

Easy to install, external SMA antenna, calculates real-time phase balance.
Kit comes with SMA antenna extension cable that you can run outside of the panel to connect the included external antenna. Module has Bluetooth provisioning and connected to WiFi with no issues. Data is stored in 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 1 year buckets. Real phase load balance is computed instantaneously. Circuit editor allows you to name each sensor and provide voltage multiplier to correctly account 2 phase loads. Another pane graphs the data. The same time range buckets are used for graphical representation. You can also export the data in tabular format for further processing if necessary. App also allows you to set alerts and also change cost per kilowatt to benchmark utility meter. My particular interest is in benchmarking HVAC efficiency and tracking large unknown loads in my house. The device will help me to answer questions such as when is the best time to top off refrigerant in my 2 HVAC units, is it time to replace my refrigerator, is the battery in my EV getting too old, do smart switches consume more energy to run than power they help to save with schedules and timers, is the basement sump pump just tripped the circuit breaker, is the septic tank air pump still working or blew mechanical fuse, etc. My main panel has 40 breakers, this device has only 16 channels. But I figured that if I run 3 wires per sensor for 8 sensors, plus 2 wires per sensor for another 8 sensors, I will cover the entire panel. The important thing is to ensure that all the wires going through the single sensor are connected to the same phase. Odd breaker rows are connected to phase 1, even rows to phase 2. I have 5 double breakers installed in this panel. I connected them to 5 sensors and used x2 multiplier in the app to correctly attribute 240V loads. Wires are cut without any slack in my panel, and bundling 3 wires together through the same sensor was difficult. I used plastic zip ties to reinforce hinges and latches on low gauge wires. Main module can be connected to 3 phases max. I used only the first 2 and connected the 3rd wire to the neutral as instructed in paper and app guides. Kit includes 3x 12th gauge wires and 3x wire connectors to connect multi strand power wiring to breakers in case if you don't have 2 spare empty slots to install dedicated breakers to power this module.

Great Smart Energy Monitor with Minor Accuracy Quirks
This smart home energy monitor has been a fantastic addition to my setup. Installation was straightforward, the app is intuitive, and I love being able to see real-time energy usage for the whole house. It's really helped me become more mindful about what’s using the most power and when. That said, I did notice a small discrepancy when comparing it to my utility power meter—the readings are consistently off by a few percentage points. Not a huge deal for general monitoring, but if you're looking for ultra-precise data, it’s something to keep in mind. This meter is usually 20-50kwh under what the power company meter says im using. Again this is not a huge deal at all to some Overall, it's a solid product with powerful insights and great functionality. Just shy of perfect due to the slight inaccuracy, but still absolutely worth it for most homeowners.

Great product, great price, and excellent support
The first unit I received was defective. However, the seller provided excellent customer support and quickly sent a replacement. I’ve had the new unit installed for a few days now, and it’s been working great. I can see where all the power is going to. I’m also planning to integrate it with Home Assistant in the future.

No power factor, current/power/voltage doesn't match and the app is trash
Power readings just don't make sense compared to voltage times claimed amps. It thinks my 1400W hairdryer is 1200W, and my 1380W microwave is over 1600W. Doesn't seem to do any power factor measurement. I wasted four hours trying to figure out what was wrong and gave up. The instructions use A/B/C to refer to phases for current meter connections, but then 1/2/3 for the voltage connection. The diagrams also show the current meters connected to B and C....except you have to connect A to power the unit. So you connect B/C phase current meters but wires 1/2? None of it makes sense.

Must-Have For Data-Driven Homeowners
This is a great tool for data geeks. I have an expensive residential electric bill. The data I have collected with this meter has helped me determine where my energy is going and allows me to monitor usage in real time. I live in Florida and have an older heat pump, so I was not surprised to learn that 45% of my usage is my heat pump compressor and 5% is my air handler. These measurements were taken during the summer. On the other hand, I was surprised to learn that my hot water heater is contributing to about 8% of my energy usage, which is more than I expected. If/when I replace the water heater, I now have data to justify spending extra on a more efficient water heater. I'm impressed at how accurate the data is. I compared the total usage per day with my electric company's web portal (Duke) over a two-week period. The meter was consistently 1% to 1.5% less than what Duke was showing. So, while the accuracy was off about 1%, the consistency was less than .5%. Installation was fairly simple. I made the mistake of closing up my breaker box before confirming the meter was properly connecting to the app via wifi. I had to go back into the breaker box and fix one of my connections providing power to the meter. Otherwise, it went smooth. I purchased some insulated electrician's gloves and made sure I was standing on a rubber mat since I don't have an external main breaker between my breaker box and my Duke electric meter. This meant that even though my breaker box main was turned off, the lines coming in were still hot. I wish there was a version of this meter with 24 or 32 ports. I had to choose the circuits to monitor, and so I have quite a few circuits that are not individually monitored. In the app, the circuits that are not monitored show up at the bottom as "Balance". In my case, the "Balance" is usually about 15% of my total usage. The app is easy to work with. I like that it will summarize data by hour, day, week, and month. Being able to see usage by week or month provides better averages for specific circuits. For example, if we run the clothes dryer several times on one day, but not at all on another day, the monthly average usage is going to provide realistic data. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Extremely good function and value power monitor
App gives lots of data you can use to save on your electric bill. Data is also available via mqtt for your home automation server so automatic action can be taken as you want. Installation requires some electrical skill but is easy for folks who have changed circuit breakers and have done some residential wiring. The app is apparently designed by engineers, no marketing bs at all. When there is a power failure, you may see wonky data on startup. A way to tailor the length of the sensor wires would help during installation. These are just two minor inconveniences given the value it brings. Very cost effective. Mine has been installed for 11 months, working great.

Good Product & Great Experience!
Product works as described. It will integrate into HomeAssistant with a little bit of work. If you are savvy with the configuration files then it shouldn't be an issue. I had a great experience with the support team when I had some strange readings, they were able to resolve my problem. I turned the solar breakers in the panel back on in the wrong order. Afterwards, I had a few additional questions about how the system works and they were great to deal with. The response didn't come until overnight, but that was fine since it isn't urgent. As a bonus: the electrical cost analysis portion of the app allows Time Of Use Rate configuration, which is exactly what I needed for where I live. I did not expect it to have that capability. Everything is working perfectly and I was able to already find opportunities for power savings in the house.
