Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  just received my rings and as can been seen in the video not happy with what i recieved. The rings appear to have been used as there are marks on the rings that match up with the webbing of the straps. on top of that one of the rings has a rough spot on the inside of the ring that would need to be sanded down to be used. The second ring is even worse as it has a sharp crack where the upper layer of the wood is separating from the ring and after further inspection im not willing to try and use it at all and have returned the item for a replacement. the straps appear to be new and of good quality. I will update this review when i receive my replacement set. The only positive out of this is the ease of being able to return the product through amazon.03/20/2019Got my replacement order a few days ago. New rings still have strap imprints on the rings but I think that is just from either product testing or discoloration from the straps. Rings themselves this time are excellent but the star of the show is the straps. Setup is a breeze with multiple ways to adjust to whatever environment you are hanging them from. Numbered loops make leveling the rings a breeze and allow for progressive resistance in many exercises. Everything about this set is heavy duty. I’m around 260 and I feel completely secure using these. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try rings. Also amazon was great with the return and replacement.

I was looking to update an older version of these rings and straps I had. These are a fantastic upgrade! For those unaware, these rings are not made by simply cutting them out of some laminated sheets of plywood like most wooden gymnastics rings. The birch is rolled into a cylinder and the rings cut from that. The result is that the rings are much stronger and also have an excellent feel in the hand. The difference is worth the higher price you pay for them.The straps are made of high quality industrial webbing, and very well sewn. A lot easier to use and more flexible than the old strap and cam system. Carabiners are rated and very high quality as well. Can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with this purchase.

I love the idea of being able to adjust the rings quickly and even adjust from rings to the handles or foot cradles. However, using these beefy carabiners for attaching the system makes them heavy and not as transportable as I would like. I travel a lot and I have a set of their older rings and freestyle trainer and they are amazing. I wanted to try these out for the adjustment capabilities because it slows me down to go between systems or adjust and re-adjust everything as I'm working out.One set of the carabiners have a sharp edge that bites the webbing and if I moving from rings to cradles and back, then I can see the webbing getting worn from the rubbing. Not a huge concern and it would take a lot of time for this to happen, but I notice the abrasion each time I swap things out. I would prefer the old fastening system that the webbing hooked into, but the carabiners do offer a level of safety such that you never have to worry that the webbing will come undone, though I've never experienced this problem with the old system.Finally, adjusting the heights to be exactly what I want was a little tricky. I finally figured out how to set it up to get best range for all of the exercises I needed. This method is in my photos, attached. I fixed the anchor high on the webbing, then attached the rings or the cradles to the lowest point that I needed and then took the tail and hooked it out of the way. when using the long loop, as described in the instructions I received, I was limited in moving any of the attachments higher because I had to hook below the loop. Hooking higher than the loop had unintended forces on the system that made things slip and rotate in a way I didn't want.Overall, I like the adjustability of the system, the numbering on the webbing, the sturdiness of the attachments, but I'd like to see a better top attachment that is lighter and less bulky and if possible a similar adjustment to the attachment carabiners to cut down on the overall heaviness.

Great product through and through. The wood finish is neither too smooth nor too rough, striking a good balance between grip and texture. The straps are sturdily woven as well. The carabiners are extremely solid, with a 25KN rating. Even though adjusting the carabiners may take some getting used to, this was due to the sheer number of ways one can go about setting the rings up; the MASS strap system provides a huge deal of versatility and convenience once you get the hang of them. The seller was also prompt in responding to my email and provided me with the ebook training guide upon inquiry. I am, in a nutshell, one satisfied customer.

Excellent product! Very convenient if you don't want to lose time adjusting the rings with every different exercise (it gives you also the feeling of high precission between rings length, not having to worry whether you have placed them equally). Very sturdy. Nice wood feeling and very good size of the rings (3.0 cm diameter of handles). Highly recommended.

Great pair of rings. Unlike regular rings the numbered attachment points make it a lot easier to switch between workouts and give you easy way to progress in calisthenics. Takes the guesswork out of it.

Really well made... I put them through a lot of workouts. I like how easy the use of the clips are to adjust length.

Rings had multiple horizontal cracks, splitting between the layers. Something is defective with the glue, manufacturing process, or quality control. I returned them, will look for another brand.
