Adorable patchwork & hand embroidery projects!
Another excellent book by designer Kathy Schmitz! This book has directions for 15 winter projects in it - and they all include sewing/piecing and hand embroidery. All of the beautiful finished projects are shown completed in soft, country colors. Kathy's designs are fresh and her directions are clear and wonderful. I recommend this book. Such a Sweet Book
There are some wonderful projects in the book and the pictures are perfect. It gives you a description of everything you need to complete each project. I'm going to start on some of these for gift for next year. I will probably be buying the other two as well.

Wonderful designs
While I have yet to make any of the items in this particular book, I have done many of Kathy's projects. She is so talented and very responsive if there is an issue. I highly recommend any book that she writes.

Fantastic book!
As with all of her other books, this one is fantastic! The projects are beautiful and the directions are clear and easy to follow. This book is just lovely and one sure to be enjoyed by anyone who owns a copy.

A nice variety of patterns
Love all the patterns for hand embroidery and can't wait to get started stitching.There is a nice variety of patterns to chose from and I Love the tips for each pattern.

I adore making hand stitched presents for people for Christmas and this book has me so excited working out who I will stitch which projects for family and close friends. I start my Christmas stitching in July to guarantee I’m finished by December. This book will happily provide me with all my inspiration!!! There are so many different projects and there isn’t one I dislike. All the project patterns are full size which is just brilliant. There are some projects I may enlarge to make them into decorate Christmas wall hangings. I appreciate this book is expensive but with all the projects being so fantastic, it a great investment if you enjoy stitched textiles.
