This product is magic. I have tried so many remedies for dry sore nasal passages over the years, and the contents of this small jar have finally cured my discomfort. Excellent stuff, I have sjogrens and I was in a lot of pain in my nostrils and sinuses with dryness. I apply a tiny amount with a cotton bud morning and night and my sores have gone inside my nose and I’m much more comfortable, so glad I found this.

I have suffered from a dry nose for a long time. I'm thrilled to have discovered this product! It has no smell and is soft and soothing in the nasal passages.

This product has completely remove nasal dryness and cracking from Sjogrens. This product comes in a small quantity but the amount that you use is very little. I did have trouble with opening the jar and the manufacturer sent a replacement right away which was greatly appreciated. They were very responsive. I have used every product on the market for nasal dryness, and this is the only one that has completely eliminated this issue. It takes several days for it to completely eliminate the issue, but I felt relief after the first night. Since the relief yielded from this product, I only use this product every other day for maintenance. Great product and if you suffer from Sjogren’s, I wouldn’t hesitate on buying this.

The best-kept secret. This stuff is so amazing. I use a bipap machine and continuous oxygen 24/7. I live in a very dry climate and suffered dry nose, with hard mucous cresting and frequent blood noses. This stuff is not a petroleum product, but just as thick. Just a small bead on a Q-tip place inside my mates is all that is needed. It softens hardened mucous build up so I can blow it out of my nose, it is healing of the thin tissues inside that would cause bloody noses, yeah! No more bloddy noses, I am more comfortable especially when waking in the morning I apply it twice a day. After I showe and also bedtime. It is still present in the morning, I even use it on my lips at night. It has a very mild saline taste, is colorless and odorless. I have grandchildren who get frequent nose bleeds. This stuff when applied twice a day has stopped my little grandkids’ bloody noses and has slowed down their chronic nose picking. This is a perfect auto shipping product. One tub seems to last about 2-3 months with regular use. I have bought this stuff for all my family members and I am just touting this product by my word of mouth advertising. It should have professional representatives to push this product in hospitals, rehab facilities, home and hospice health care providers for everyone using oxygen or ventilation equipment!

Very expensive for such a tiny jar!

Living in a very dry climate, I suffer from dry sinuses, especially at night. I have tried several other saline and nasal gels. Most of them work at least somewhat, but none of them last for very long and require frequent application. Aquegel works pretty well and lasts much longer. I apply it with Dealmed or Medline sterile cotton tips, which I find work much better than q-tips and they are sterile.
