I used to get a UTI about once a month for almost a year. One round of antibiotics would barely end with a couple of weeks relief and then another UTI would flare up. My doctor would rarely order two rounds of antibiotics and she was getting more and more reluctant to even order more at all because I was becoming immune to them and she was having to order stronger and stronger antibiotics. Finally she recommended I take D Mannouse on a regular basis. It does not require a prescription...you can order it online or at a local health food store. So, I searched online and found these. The price is reasonable and they really do work for me. I have only had one UTI flare up in the past year and that was when ran out of these. What it does is coat the surface of your bladder so that bacteria cannot stick to the lining of your badder. They are kind of large and sometimes hard for me to swallow, but you can open them to add to something like applesauce or pudding. You can tell it is there but it is not unpleasant and does not really have any taste, it is just makes the applesauce or pudding slightly grainy...but really not unpleasant at all...especially when you know how it is helping you. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I swear by this product !!My whole life I suffered with utis idk why I always got them. I used to even think that I had a problem. I would hate having to go to the doctor to get prescription drugs to get rid of the uti! After so much research in my own, I discovered this holy grail.As soon as I feel a uti coming, I drink one and down about theee cups of water. I wait 2 hours before taking another pill with more waterI take two pills a day with a ton of water until pain goes away. The uti will eventually disappear by the second day! It’s amazingJust be prepared to pee a lot! But it’s ok the more you pee the better you feel taking these

I didn't feel any change by using this product. I purchased because of what it said it could do! And most of the reviews were good. But I personally didn't notice any changes.

If you struggle with UTI’s like I have for over 10 years, you are willing to try anything. I had a doctor friend tell me to try D-mannose instead of being prescribed antibiotics every month from my doctor. I tried 3-4 brands and this one works the best by far. I used to get one every month and now, I have prevented from having one for almost 4 months. If I even get an inclination of one coming on, I pop 3 pills and a large water and feel better within the hour. :) extremely happy I tried this brand and product.

D-Mannose has saved me from having a full blown UTI many times. I take one every day as preventative, and three 2-3 times a day for 3-4 days if I feel like one is coming on. Lots of water! It’s like a miracle!! Also, three before sex and three a few hours afterwards if you’re prone to having problems in that area. It works great!! I’m so glad I found a brand that is pharmacist approved. So many in the medical field shy away from natural alternatives. This alternative is an excellent one! This brand, I love and trust.

This is one of the most misleading labels I have ever seen. Knowing that the recommended dose is 1500mg, I was thrilled to see a bottle labeled 1500mg, and 90 capsules. Only after you receive the bottle do you see the fine print on the side not shown in the picture which says a serving is 3 capsules. In other words, the front label should say 90 capsules of 500mg each. What a load of crap. There are lots of alternatives, I will be refilling with a company that is more honest.

I have had long term UTI problems and always took antibiotics to clear up the infections. I have been taking this daily for several months and have not had a UTI since. Normally I got one every 2 to 3 months. I researched it first and found an actual university study that showed it worked better as a preventative than low dose antibiotics and of course better than the control group who received nothing. I am a diabetic and it has not affected my blood sugar which I read was possible on WebMD. I will keep using this product.

These are a waist of anyone's money specially mine! There a joke cause they do not work at all!! Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️
