This really is a gorgeous diffuser and works very well but there really is a trick to these diffusers if you want them to work correctly and last. I have read not only the reviews on this product but on many others and I also have purchased in the past year several different diffusers and I have learned the expensive way the do’s and don’t’s with diffusers. This one in particular is very honest and stresses to need to properly care, routine cleaning maintenance is essential to keeping the diffuser working and this is so true. If you use your diffuser like I do every day for 3 or more hours a day you need to clean the diffuser at least twice a week. Do not use detergents I use semi hot water and run a few drops of distilled white vinegar through the diffuser for about 5 minutes - a tip I got by doing a lot of research on these. Never leave water and oils in the diffuser always empty it after ever use. Another very useful tip I came across that solved my problem of poor vapor outflow is to use warm water. I too went through several diffusers thinking they were all just a waste of my money but as I did more research on them and read more reviews and helpful advice others shared my diffusers are working great and I highly recommend this one especially. I use it in my bedroom which is on the second floor and depending on the essential oil I use most of the time the fragrance carries all the way downstairs and through most of the house! I am no expert only learning from trail and error and hope by sharing what has worked for me will help you all enjoy this beautiful diffuser!**UPDATE** I just wanted to say I have had my diffuser almost a year now and it is working as good as it did the first time I turned it on. I use it every day and darn close to non-stop over the weekends. With easy routine maintenance and using high grade essential oils/fragrances always have a beautiful relaxing fragrance throughout the house! I am still in love with this diffuser and just purchased a second one for work❤️

Absolutely LOVE this diffuser!!! I have had several over the years.This is my absolute favorite! I bought it just for me, to put in my bedroom. I love this diffuser so much that I actually got another one to share with everyone else in the living room / kitchen. Bought the 1st one over a yr ago. Works just the same today as it did the 1st time I ever used it. I run it pretty much 24/7. I'm addicted to oils!!! I have had the 2nd one for 7 months now, use it about as much as my personal diffuser and no issues. Its gorgeous!!! EVERYONE comments on just how much so. Puts off enough to cover 2 rooms in our house. living/kitchen areas.

does exactly what's its supposed to do only draw back is its hard to get the top back on due to the cup portion on the lid, it moves making aligning the top to the base difficult

Good evening my name is Judith Marzilli from Flagstaff Arizona. My first blue and white diffuser stopped working and the company replaced , needless to say I appreciated that ! I am on my second one and I believe I cleaned it incorrectly and it stopped working also. I apologize perhaps I also cleaned the first one incorrectly. The cleaning is very delicate to get all black things out do not use anything sharp or scrub to hard, around the rubber piece it is not necessary.

I have a few of the traditional Asian ceramic vases and I saw this diffuser and was sold immediately. I had been looking for one that I would like the look of for a while now and this one fit in perfectly with my living room. I love the different timer settings and colors you can choose. Puts out the aroma of my essential oils nicely. Using the lavender in this instantly puts me at ease.

The actual container itself is very pretty especially when the light is on however the design and quality of design is so poor and so cheap that its functionality is very bad it doesn't have a locking mechanism so it basically just has two pieces of plastic that just sit together God forbid you nugget knock it over whatever water and oil are going all over the place it also doesn't create a strong stream of steam that many of the cheaper smaller ones to I'm disappointed in this product but at least it's pretty and because of that I'll keep it but I regret purchasing this it also is very misleading as to its size it is quite small I would not recommend purchasing this product

UPDATE to say, it's now Aug 2023 and it's still running strong!!! I've run it every single night on intermittent setting. I will forever recommend this one ❤️This is one of my favorite diffusers! I would love it even more if it put out a little more than it does. It doesn't seem to work as well as my last one. But for all the other features it has, I'm keeping it.

Love the design and how easy it is to refill the water. Having the choice of how long you want the diffuser to work at one time is nice (1, 3, 6 hrs or continuous), the colors are beautiful and the amount diffused is better than other diffusers that I have used. All around, this diffuser is great!
