This is an excellent sugar substitute which can be used 1:1 swap for sugar in recipes and bakes well.I love using it for Keto Mug Cakes and it tastes wonderful however there are two things I really hate . One is the packaging. I hate these press back zip bags they never work properly especially when sugar is trapped in the tracks . For the price you would think they could do better. Which brings me to the second thing I hate , the price, which is extortionate. I am now buying a bunch on cheaper options to compare it to in the hope that I can find a cheaper option because this is ridiculously expensive in my opinion , especially with it being only about 340g !

Im sure the ingredients have changed and that Tapioca Starch didnt used to be in it .. not great for clean keto now!

No after taste, excellent as a sugar substitute.

I know 3 stars may seem low for a product I otherwise think is fantastic for baking, but £16 for 320g of sugar is absolutely outrageous and is honestly not worth it despite the products quality. If you're flush with cash then fair enough, buy it because it does what it says on the pack. But otherwise look for something cheaper as this price shouldn't be tollerated

This product is really great. Especially good for raw baking products as doesn't give you granulated texture. Nice flavour as well with no artificial aftertaste. Just used it for a chocolate avocado mousse and it tastes so much nicer compare to simple low price sweeteners. Def will be getting more.

A perfect sugar replacement for baking for those on a keto diet. We have made plenty of different cakes with these to good results. Unfortunately, the price in the UK has rocketed recently.

Useful as a replacement for powdered sugar

This a great alternative to powdered sugar. It taste great and to be honest I can’t even tell the difference. It smells and taste like regular powdered sugar. It measures 1:1 to whatever you are adding it to. Greta value for your money

This is a good flavoured low carb sweetener. Arrives fast and is a little less money than purchasing at the grocery store.

Nobody noticed the differnce.Great product,a little pricey but no caleries,calories, carbs.
