It is a true 20 ounce and not overstated
I can do two pods on my Kuerig coffee maker at one time in this cup that is why I ordered it . I have purchased two other cups touted as 20 ounce , NOT !

Nice Big Cup
This holds 12 oz and still has room for me to walk up stairs without spilling. I also think it's a funny cup...who doesn't need humor in the morning!

Great gift
Bought it for my husband for a retirement gift. He loves it .He likes large cups but only if the handle fits his hand well . This one fits the bill. Holds an ample amount of morning coffee and is comfortable to hold too

Lasting stains after two uses
I really wanted to enjoy this, just as I'm enjoying retirement in general. I can't. I used it for tea two times, hand-washing both times with Method dish-washing liquid. The tea stains penetrated the finish inside the mug. I've attached a photo. This is unacceptable, indicating a poor product, at a relatively high price. I have cheaper mugs that have lasted 20+ years of coffee and tea, microwaving and dishwasher cleaning. This was one big disappointment.
