My favorite brand of vitamins. I feel their excellent quality instantly. I’ve never been disappointed. I take this at night and I sleep well & wake up refreshed. I definitely feel better taking it.

Love this supplement, I was taking magnesium glycinate for calming affect but soon learn it’s great for bone density and hip pain.

Works amazing this was my second bottle. Will be purchasing again soon..

Can’t go wrong with getting magnesium glycinate. I find it relaxes my body and eases the tension and tightness of my chest. Also when I take this consistently, it makes my scrotum rest more which is essential when you’re a man that wears sweatpants like myself

Have had so much better sleep since starting this. My dreams are more vivid, but I’m sleeping through the night and actually wake up feeling well rested.

Excellent product

These are fantastic for sleep support. I have taken other forms of magnesium before but maybe not magnesium glycinate because I never felt sleepy after taking other forms. With this one, I take two pills about 30 minutes before bed along with a 2mg timed release melatonin tablet from Source Naturals and a few 1mg melatonin lozenges from Source Naturals and I'm out like a light in about 30-40 minutes. I also got some Serta pillows on here recently and my sleep game has changed tremendously with all of these things lol. I owe most of that to the magnesium and new pillows. You need magnesium for so many bodily functions and not just sleep so don't hesitate to invest in this, whether it's Now brand or another product. I got the smaller bottle of this just to try it out and I'm hoping there's a larger bottle available. I'm definitely keeping this in my stack!
