I bought this phone for my elderly father. He had an I phone and he could not figure out how to use it and he could not hear it ring or when he was trying to talk to someone . This phone is perfect for any older person who is not good with technology. Since I bought him this phone he can hear it ring and can talk to people without someone having to yell for him to hear them. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to manually input all of the contacts into the phone but other than that I highly recommend this phone

This is a nice phone. The only draw back is, it seemed pre-used, no plastic covering the screen and small scratches. Also the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like. Despite the appearance of being used and the battery life, I like this phone more than my previous phone.

This is a great phone for people that are up in years and do not want to hassle with a smart phone. My mom didn't want to learn something new so this is what we chose. She has a pre-paid plan with Mint Mobile and it works great.

Horrible, I purchased this phone, just decided to use it, phone will not stay on, I would not recommend this phone for anyone.

Got a Samsung Smartphone for my mom but she just couldn't use it. However, didn't want to get her just any kind of flip phone. She lives in a modern concrete building full of structural steel that makes reception terrible so not any phone will work. My cousin uses an Apple and even her phone will sometimes work and sometimes not. Because this phone has big buttons, my mom has an easier time answering and making calls. Plus, this phone is compatible with Ultramobile which a lot of flip phones is not made for.

This phone does the job, but the menus and settings are a bit annoying, and also how recent calls appear on the screen is annoying as well--It doesn't show the whole number but instead sort of scrolls from right to left and then immediately resets to the beginning and scrolls again, so you have to watch and pay attention in order to see the last couple of digits of a number you're trying to read. Also, the flip action is nice but the two pieces of the phone don't fit very tightly together, so right from the start it had a lot of movement and feels a bit wobbly.For the price I guess I can't complain too much, as it does work, and I get pretty good reception and the connection doesn't drop that often. Also, it's nice that it has a removable SIM card so I can easily just pop it into a new phone when I get one.

Phone seemed nice and liked the basic functionality for my 83yo MIL... But when swapping SIM over, it would not attach to any of the towers in area. Seems the phone doesn't have the correct frequencies for T-Mobile in Texas.Returning
