KING OF HONEY The most recognizable variety of honey. It’s distinctive because of its dark, almost black colour and strong odour. Similarly, in taste – it’s very crisp, very sweet, sometimes a little sour, a little stinging. It crystallizes in heterogeneous, coarse mass. Recommended for diabetics. Also, people who often suffer from colds should consider introducing buckwheat honey to their everyday recipes as it contains significant amounts of vitamin C, in an easily digestible form. This feature aslo proves to be helpful in the treatment of anaemia. An important function of buckwheat honey is to protect liver cells. This is because the simple sugars (glucose and fructose) contained in large amounts in the honey are quickly dissolved and absorbed as a high-energy food to facilitate regeneration. The researchers also point out that a large amount of honey fructose has a beneficial effect on patients with insulin-dependent form of diabetes. It is often used as a natural remedy to improve eyesight and memory. Important - crystallization of honey is a normal process, and testifies a natural origin.

The honey is good, but wouldn’t recommend dealing with the company
The actual honey is great quality, but instead of 1kg I’ve received 900 gr from a different region. Customer service not the best.

mixed with glucose syrup and spoiled it
This is not 100% organic honey, it is a mix with 15-20 % glucose syrup. I tested it. Organic honey should stretch from the jar to the spoon while you putting away the spoon filled with honey but this one is pouring like water drops and has no elasticity as honey must have. It does not matter the water content or sugar content my grandfather had bees and made honey so I KNOW how organic honey is. I will not buy again. You fooled others but not me, I am a connoisseur.

Actual real honey - Not sugar water - Tastes heavenly.
It's been a long time since I've tasted honey that tastes like honey - Subtle nectar sweetness rather than sugary sweet. Needless to say the 1kg tub did not last long in our house. Even more pleased that it isn't just raw, organic, but not heated either - Keeping all that goodness and health benefits. Will gladly use again.

One star honey
Everything is wrong about this product. It is too sweet that you feel sugar was added.. no taste .. and the line gets broken immediately which is a sign of low quality honey
