Pennyback Tonic Water 4-Pack

I used to be a Q tonic consumer. Some months back Q changed their formula and sizes so that not only is it triple the cost, but also they added so much citric acid that it tasted like tang. I could never get used to this “gin & tang” thing.It took me a while to find an replacement which did not have HFCS, or undue amounts of citric acid, or other unnecessary odd herbs.I found it with Pennyback! While citric acid is on the ingredient list, it does not overwhelm the tonic flavor. It’s a flavorful, crisp mixer to compliment a dry gin, and makes a great Sapphire & Tonic.There have been some recent issues with packing and shipping, which will not factor in my rating. I wish Pennyback were available locally, but until it is, I hope that AMZ can identify and rectify the packing/shipping issues, so that I may enjoy this fine tonic water, whenever desired.

I was very excited to try this tonic water as it seemed to have good reviews and NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! I even paid for one-day shipping for them to arrive on time for my party.It was sad to see that, upon opening the first one, the lack of fizz and flat taste made it terrible. I’m not sure how old the bottles I got are, but they’re from Batch 001 Stock 03. I expected more of a crisp water, I only got funny tasting flat water.

It's smooth and I enjoy it by itself.

Most of the bottles gas leaked en route. Also craft tonic water in the local grocer was much less expensive.

Excellent premium tonic water. Comparable to fever tree, but these bottles are larger. Perfect size if my wife an I both want one cocktail. Love this product.

The best tonic water I have had. Makes the perfect G&T.
