Bought as an exfoliator for my boyfriend. When it arrived it had loads of loose bristles in the wrapping. Boyfriend said it barely exfoliated (it's too soft) and his face was covered in the hairs from it. Annoyed as I bought this wooden one to be more environmentally friendly (instead of a plastic one from boots) and it's still been a waste! Amazon says its un-returnable, even when stating it doesn't work as advertised. Rubbish!

Great little brush, perfect size, bristles quite soft and gentle. Does what is says on the tin..would recommend.

I much prefer this little brush to the battery operated one I had. Apart from the fact it was a lot less expensive, I don't have to faff around looking for batteries. I bought it mainly to avoid using a facial scrub, and it works just as well if not better. Some reviewers have mentioned that the bristles are a little hard, but as long as you're not heavy handed it should be fine. They're soft enough so that it doesn't hurt, but firm enough to do the job. I only use it at night if I've been wearing make-up or if I'm doing a deep cleanse, as it stimulates the blood flow to my face and gives me a flush. I then put on a nice rich night creme. I also rub the bristles lightly on a flannel to dry them and to avoid the wooden handle from getting soggy.

A decent brush with nice soft bristles, but loses a few stars because of how many bristles it seems to shed during use.

People were complaining about it losing brissles. It made me wary.but can say its still going strong at least a year later. It does lose brissles but nothing I could complain about. My biggest issue was the crack in the wood but it hasn't made it any less good at its job.
