Is it suitable to clean whiteheads?

not as such - if you use it daily, it will help prevent build up in the skin, which can cause whiteheads, but as an active methode to clean whiteheads, no. it's a soft brush, where you get a gentle exfoliation

What is the size of the brush?

It's about 15cm X 3.8cm, and the brush head is 3cm X 5cm.

What products do you use this with? Facial washes or just water. I have oily/combination skin and enlarged pores.

I only use this brush for dry brushing (exfoliating), but I would suspect it would be fine for any product. Stick with one product only, that will work best and prolong the life of the brush. I have considered using it with coconut oil, to massage it into my skin, but so far I have not. I may get another one to do that.
