Flirting For Dummies Paperback – September 19, 2011

I decided to purchase this book, in particular because I find that my flirting is, on average, taken to be disrespectful or rude. Personally, I don't understand why a female would take offense to my flirtation approaches, so I figured a book like this would be able to assist me in my approach. I was interested in learning a way to transform my supposed immature flirting into an acceptable format.Well, personally, I feel this book can be interesting, but some sections make no sense. For example, the "five second stare" is the perfect way to make yourself look like a weirdo! I appreciate and understand that eye contact in related to flirtation, but gimme a break. The author is trying to embarrass anyone who is ignorant enough to actually pull off that five second stare.Besides that ridiculious five second stare, the book is pretty interesting nonetheless. I can't say whether or not its gonna help me find a date in and of itself (in as much as the book is concerned), but its a nice read nonetheless.

I bought this book in the hope of honing my skills in this topic. I am pleased to say, this book is full of practical tips, backed with scientific data/findings (e.g. about how different sexes statistically tend to respond to different situations), which I found helpful and interesting!

The book seems to be written from a U.K. standpoint if I'm interpreting it correctly. (Sorry if I missed some thing in the description and I'm captain obvious.) It was OK, and did make me consciously think about what I was doing and all, and think things through. Though I'm not sure any one bit of info I found in there was some thing I didn't know. Or where it was, that it was some thing applicable to the American Culture.

I browsed through it really quickly before I wrapped it & gave it to my sister in law for Christmas & some of the content that I saw was actually true. It'd be a good read & hopefully can give my sister in law a confidence boost!

Teaches you how to date but nothing with flirting itself as I thought it would worth the chance as thir not much book on flirting this one completely didn't teach me anything I was looking for how do flirting works with the innuendo but sap shame on the other review for making me but it let my lesson be your warning

an adorable book, turned my whole social interactions and flirtings into a new very very good direction. takes all the seduction courses out and replaces them with a very humane and authentic approach. makes the right assumptions and gives the right responses. really touched me

Flirting for Dummies has been a tremendous help for me to overcome struggles I had with flirting. Flirting is very easy for me now that I have acquired the skills to do it properly.
