Not sure works for me with IBS
I only gave it 4 stars because I tried a different brand that promised more, but no sure it is as good of a fiber supplement for someone with IBS

Fiber
When you're eating something extremely starchy/ high in carbs, it'll raise your glucose levels extremely fast. Carbs ultimately break down into glucose to be turned into ATP. Once your liver and muscle take in so many grams of ATP, the rest of the ATP will immediately be packaged as fat/(triglycerides that go into adipose tissue). The reason fruits are recommended is because fruits also have fiber which ultimately slows the glucose absorption process. Apparently it take about 3 of these tablets to slow the absorption of glucose from a heavy starchy meal. If you aren't used to having a fiberous diet, start with one tablet and see how you feel, then work your way up. Be sure to drink plenty of water with these tablets!!! Be safe everyone.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Says to take 2 a day but I’ve seen great success with just one a day. Drink plenty of water and you’ll be good to go.
