Much brighter than standard
No idea on longevity yet, but these bulbs are a MAJOR upgrade over the standard bulbs in brightness,

Genuinely Equivalent To 40W Incandescents
Bought these to replace traditional incandescent candelabra bulbs in order to a) save energy and b) produce less heat. My concern before receiving them was prior bad experiences with various other LED bulbs which claim to be equivalent in brightness to a particular wattage but turn out to be significantly less bright. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover these genuinely are equivalent to regular 40 watt bulbs. And, as an added bonus, these are smaller as well. Which means they are easier to get into fixtures with very little spare room for your fingers plus normal sized incandescent candelabra bulbs. Bottom-line = a win/win for both brightness and size. Fingers crossed they last a long time.

These light require almost daily changing, not worth the money.

Works great in my vintage machines
Since I just got them, I don't know about the longevity, but based on my experience with LED bulbs in general, I expect good results long term. Once I received the double contact bulbs, they installed easily and give off a nice bright light, with no heat, which means I don't get burned every time I accidently touch it. These work great.

"Daylight" is white light. "Warm" is yellow.
If you want White light and not yellow, make sure you get "Daylight" bulbs. These I got after ordering "Warm" ones by accident. These are almost as bright white as the ones that I needed them for. Don't know the longevity of them yet tho.

Fits vintage Pfaff Sewing Machine
Fits my vintage pfaff! The other led bulbs had contacts that were too long to fit the receptacle.It’s daylight bright and nice and cool like led bulbs should be.So, if you have a vintage sewing machine that hates the new bayonet bulbs, this one might get it!
