Power Bank Stops Automatically – Poor Experience
मैंने यह FLiX UltraCharge 20,000mAh पावर बैंक मार्च 2025 में खरीदा था, लेकिन कुछ ही हफ्तों में इसमें समस्या आने लगी। यह अपने-आप बंद हो जाता है और दोबारा चालू करने पर भी चार्जिंग सही से नहीं करता। मैंने मैन्युअल में दिए गए सारे स्टेप्स (केबल बदलना, पोर्ट साफ करना, रीसेट करना, चार्ज करना) ट्राई किए, लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। इससे न तो मोबाइल चार्ज होता है और न ही यह खुद चार्जिंग को सही तरीके से पकड़ता है। मैंने कस्टमर केयर से संपर्क करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन पहले दी गई ईमेल ID गलत निकली। सही ईमेल ID ढूंढकर मैंने सपोर्ट को लिखा है, लेकिन अभी तक कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला है। अगर आप एक भरोसेमंद और लंबे समय तक चलने वाला पावर बैंक ढूंढ रहे हैं, तो इस प्रोडक्ट से दूर रहें। Pros: दिखने में ठीक है टाइप-C और क्विक चार्ज सपोर्ट (कागजों पर) Cons: अपने आप बंद हो जाता है

Not bad wirthy of price but usb port is a little brittle, one port broken after few use. Charging speed is ok. Little hard to carry as it is little vulky and have weight. Black colour is good but prifer if it had more option. Looking for a version with inbuild cable. But over all good worthy of price

This is bad ... 1) its not 20000 but 10000mah cuz it only charges my 5000mah phone around twice at max ... 2) Usb points stopped working after a month or so.. 3) battery indicator is not working properly it shows 4 for full and 1 for dead , thats it ,no inbetween..
