The best cinema i ever had
One of the best device i ever had I can watch all my TV shows on it but this is the things you may not like: 1. Netflix APP not supported so you will need to install Netflix APK to be able to watch 2. The button some time stuck and not to be pressed freely 3. It becomes warm while using so try to keep it ouside all the time 4. The good things that the bettry charge very fast 5. The sound is really privet i love it I love it but i hope the take care of my remarkes

Battery shutdown or damage
I purchased the device last year, but after a few months it stopped working. I suspect the issue may be related to the battery, as I am unable to charge it and do not know the reason. I contacted the manufacturer to request a warranty claim, but my request was rejected on the grounds that I did not purchase the device directly from them, but rather through Amazon. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.
