Great noodles
I love these versatile noodles. Perfect when trying to have lower calories but need volume to stay full. These do not have any flavor so you can add them to whatever. I use them in spaghetti as well as Asian meals. Kid approved & Great value box. Will keep buying.

Great Low Carb Alternative
I was a bit skeptical at first, but these shirataki noodles completely won me over. They don't have that strong, fishy odor that other brands sometimes have. Once you rinse them well and toss them in a pan with a good sauce or veggies, they absorb all the flavors perfectly. Great texture and ideal for anyone on a keto or low-calorie diet. Will definitely buy again!

Less chewy than other brands
I recently tried Soeos Konjac Noodles as a more budget-friendly alternative to the konjac noodles I usually buy. I wasn’t sure what to expect since some low-cost brands don’t quite meet the mark, but I was pleasantly surprised! Just like other konjac noodles, they don’t have much flavor on their own, which is great for soaking up sauces and seasonings. One thing that stood out, though, is the texture. Compared to other brands, Soeos noodles are softer and not quite as chewy. They’re still chewy, just a bit more tender, which I actually enjoyed as it made them blend better with different dishes. They’re perfect for anyone following low-carb, keto, or paleo diets. For the price, I’d say they’re a solid option, especially if you’re looking for something easy to mix into meals.

Must have for low calorie diets
I have these on monthly subscription! I'm on a low calorie diet but I like to be full. These things are AMAZING! They are the same texture as pasta or lo mein and I use them in those recipes for a tiny fraction of the calories. They don't really have their own taste but take on the taste of whatever you cook them with, soy sauce, tomato sauce etc. I highly recommend!

NOT FISHY OR RUBBERY!!!!
NO FISHY SMELL!! They aren't overly bouncy like wet rubber bands in your mouth either, they are softer. I rinsed them in cold water and changed the water a couple times. I then put them in a bowl, put a sauce on them and microwaved for 3 min. They ARE different from regular pasta but they aren't as horribly stinky, hard and rubbery as other brands. I eat these noodles maybe once a month.

Avoid this biohazard!!
Terrible! While familiar with shirataki noodles, this was my first (and last) purchase of the Soeos product. I liked the ease of preparation, lack of smell. Tried the spaghetti, good. Angel’s Hair, fine both texture and flavor. Fettuccine, I honestly thought I had cut the plastic bag they came in and cooked some of it: plastic texture which did not digest well, hurting for hours. I blamed myself. Did not prepare well, boiled for too long. Being a 6-pack went back to the spaghetti and angel’s hair, fine again. It was the fettuccine’s turn again: same results but once again I blamed myself. Convinced that I was going to master their preparation I opened the second box I had purchased. What is this green powder? Holy shirataki, that’s mold!!! The bags looked fine, well one was kind of skimpy but there was no leak. Then I compared it to the others. Oh, something was amiss. I threw the box and the weird looking fettuccine bag away, washed the rest of the individual bags in a bleach dilution and, why, proceeded to make the other bag of fettuccine. Followed directions to a tee and those noodles would not soften even of pressured cooked. I think the food gods were sending me a warning and everything went to the garbage bin. There are other brands, Liviva saved lunch: provided bulk and texture without adding calories. It is not value at any price if it ends in the landfill.

Affordable option
Tastes just like the popular brand miracle noodle at a cheaper price! About half of what you'd pay usually for one packet ($5 vs $2.33 at time of purchase)

Usually a good product, but inedible in the last box I purchased
I have a subscribe and save order for these, and would generally rate them as five stars. But in the last box purchased, something very weird is going on with the noodles...the bags look only half full, and when cooked, they never actually get close to edible. It's almost like the noodles are made of plastic or shredded cardboard...at any rate, they don't seem like food, and are definitely not something you could actually chew and digest. Not sure what's going on with this batch, but it seems like a refund would be in order.

Great substitute for traditional noodles!
Great substitute for traditional noodles! They don't taste like much on their own, but they definitely absorb the flavour of whatever you’re making. I usually put them in ramen or pad thai and it turns out great.

My Diabetic Pasta
I'm diabetic & not allowed to have pasta anymore. I use spaghetti squash or Konjac now. It's not the same as rice or flour pasta, but good product as a substitute.
