Good product, great service.
Updated : got it fixed. Guy was very courteous. Whole process was great. I take it all back. I'm going for a cultfit treadmill as well just because the customer service is good. Product is good. So far so good. 6 months warranty. Having an issue after 2 months of use (resistance not working and random sounds on use). But free repair, so let's see.

Product is good but installation service from the company is poor. No one came despite of paying for installation. I had to do it myself.

I will not suggest this bike. The base is not stable, it's very light. The bike is low on hight and display does not shows RPM.

The best Bike for Elder People
The best quality product delivered by team cult and the installation hardly took at day by them. The team is very active and provide instant support be it for delivery or installation of the bike. The product and build quality is outstanding and the seat size is best for the senior people at home which will definitely enable them to strengthen their legs muscle and keep them in shape.

Extremely unhappy: buyer of this will suffer
I am writing this with deep disappointment and irritation regarding the extremely unprofessional service I received during the installation of my Cult Sport bike. Two individuals claiming to be your installation representatives visited my premises for assembly. Not only was their conduct highly unprofessional, but after they left, I discovered that the tools that originally came with the bike kit were missing. It appears these were intentionally taken by them, which amounts to outright theft. To make matters worse, they are now completely unresponsive and not answering my calls. This behavior is unacceptable from a brand like Cult Sport, which I trusted for quality and customer service. I expect an immediate response and resolution to the following: 1. Replacement of the stolen/missing tools that were part of the kit. 2. A formal investigation and action against the individuals involved. 3. Confirmation that your service representatives are verified and accountable. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter publicly and through legal means. I hope Cult Sport will take responsibility and restore the trust that has been broken by this experience. Looking forward to your urgent response.
