The voltage
The device is 110V and not compatible with the 220V power in the UAE. I purchased it from Amazon UAE and expected it to match local standards. I’d like to return it. Thanks.

Wish I could give this a minus score. Have had this item assessed by two reputable electricians who both reported it to be dangerous and a fire hazard. Item is gauged for the USA and not UK market as they are both different wattage. DO NOT BUY

I’m honestly so impressed with this handheld steamer. It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles from clothes in just a few seconds, making it much easier than pulling out an ironing board.
