I learned that this combination of supplements could help knee pain. My doctors wanted me to have a double knee replacement, but I didn't want to commit to major surgery before I'd exhausted other possibilities. Good quality at a good price

I've been taking this type of capsule for probably a decade now. I like that there are additional joint-pain relieving elements such as turmeric, Boswellia, etc. in it so i don't have to buy them separately.

While the product does seem to be loosening up the joints it definitively make me itchy. I took one in the early evening and then woke up during the night because I thought I was being bitten by insects. If you’re allergic to shellfish or have food allergies you definitely want to avoid this product.

I switched to a brand that said it was “better”. It was not better at all. One week back on this brand and feeling so much better!!

I like that it had additional beneficial supplements in it with the glucosamine & condroitin. Don't have to spend more money on other products.
