Whoa! Unlike a lot of the little masks or red-light devices that are available online, this is a serious, professional red light therapy tool. With that being said, this bad boy is not light. Coming in at just over 35 pounds, don't expect to be moving this around a lot and you may need assistance to get it set up. Once there, you're probably not going to be moving it! While there is a mounting stand available, it does NOT come with this set up. There is a useful timer and remote included, so you don't have to worry about watching the clock and turning it off when your session is over. The included manual gives some guidance on tailoring your sessions.I also use protective glasses when using red light therapy to protect my eyes, unlike everyone pictured in the online ads!I think this is a great setup for red-light therapy at home. It's an investment, but this seems to be a great device, and one would quickly see the benefits over traveling and paying for sessions at the gym or spa.

It is well built, heavy duty and very heavy. It is very easy to turn on with or without the remote (battery not included), you can also select mode and timer on the device itself. Sadly the stand is NOT included with this device...it is sold separately. I installed it on the door of my exercise room which works well for me (all the parts needed are included with clear and easy to follow instructions on the manual). The light is very bright so be sure to wear the protective goggles that is included with this device.I've only had it for a week and have been using it for 15 minutes a day. I find it very relaxing and I sleep better at night. I can't say for sure if it has help me in other ways but I will keep using it to get a better idea.This would've been a 5 star product from me but unfortunately the device came with a big dent on the top (pic included). I thought maybe it was from the shipping but the box looked fine. I would think for this price range, they should've done a better job at quality control.

I have been using various red light devices that I can use on small areas of my body so I decided to try out this red light therapy panel. It is very heavy and you won't be moving this panel around too much. The optional stand that mounts this panel either horizontally or vertically is not available at the time of this review. There is hardware to hang this panel on a door but I'm thinking that hanging something that weighs more than fifty pounds would not be good for the door hinges and it would be a pain to hang it and take it down every time it is used. I have the panel leaning against the wall and I have been standing in front of the panel when I use it for twenty minutes. When you turn on the power switch on the back of the panel the fans turn on and the red lights turn on for a second and then off again. Changing the time and light mode is done with the control panel located on the side of the panel near the top. I have been using the red light/infrared light mode and it give off enough heat that I usually perspire when using it for twenty minutes. It feels good to stand in front of the panel and the light covers the width of my body from my toes up to the top of my chest on the front and to my shoulder blades on the back. It is very relaxing to have to stand and not do anything for twenty minutes. The metal case does get hot after using it so I let the fans run for ten minutes to cool off the unit before I turn the power switch off. I'm glad I got this red light therapy panel and will continue to use it daily.
