Handy little device that can be used to read error codes, change some hidden settings easily through one click apps and even engage in a long coding session. More practical general audience alternate to a professional tool like VCDS, which is better but more expensive as well. Seller is also very prompt in responses and provides good after sales support. I got a device which already registered so I didn’t get device ID. However customer support team was helpful and it get sorted quickly in 2-3 days. Now device working awesome.

It’s a handy product & can be easily used to 1) clear the fault codes / error Codes when you do a retrofit. 2) enable / disable features on your car which otherwise require a vcds cable & a laptop. However don’t know how effective it will be in the longer run
