I got these for backpacking. I don't use glasses for distance vision, just for reading. I wanted something that is lightweight, small, but sturdy enough to carry in a pack. These glasses weight only 24 grams with the case. My regular everyday reading glasses weigh the same without a case, and they are very lightweight.The temple bars are extremely thin. I am concerned that with the slightest pressure, they may bend and no longer fit in the case. They are also short and barely hang over my ears.Apart from those concerns, I am fairly impressed with these glasses. I ordered 2x strength, which is what I use for my daily readers and these seem to be on the mark for that strength.

Works for what it’s purpose is but very fragile and not too sturdy

This is a great product to use when you have to use reading glasses to put on make up. I found it so hard to do eyeliner with my reading glasses but with this product you can still see and put on your make up easily. I recommend this if you need reading glasses to put on make up you can see clearly and it’s very easy to use. What a nice invention! My kids thought I looked hilarious using it- glasses with one lens. But very smart product.

Didn't help me to see while I was putting make up on

These are great for low on the nose wearing... however the arms are a bit too short and fall off if you're not paying attention. Minus one star for short arms.
