Perfect Pastrami rub
Used this seasoning mix to make multiple pastramis and pastrami ribs and they turned out amazing. This is a perfect spice blend right amount of savory flavors and salt.

Great flavor just dump it, leave it, wipe it off, smoke it... wow really impressed with the results from using a venison roast! Yep real nice product will buy again :)

What are unique flavor taste just like pastrami I use it on my salmon. It’s dynamite for a nice flavor..

Good value and plenty of flavor.
Used on a venison pastrami. Plenty of rub for numerous uses. I went heavy and barely used any on my small roast. Gave a terrific bark on my little roast. Tons of flavor and spices made it easy and I didn't have to have 10 different spices on hand to mix and match. Little dusty in the bag but didn't effect it overall. Pepper was a little fine vs. More coarse for pastrami. Does have a bit of an orange color but as you can see it darkens right up. Used yellow mustard as a binder and patted a liberal amount of this rub onto all sides of the meat. Created a great bark on this one. I added some fresh cracked pepper corn and that's about it. I have plenty left over for the next one. Worth the money.

Perfect Pastrami
Applied rub, vacuum bagged over night. Perfect pastrami.

Ok but not great
I bought this rub based on reviews. I smoked a corned beef and this rub didn’t sit well with me for two reasons: 1. Not nearly enough black pepper 2. The coarse coriander was too coarse, seemed like I was eating acorn shells Didn’t get much of the mustard/paprika/garlic flavors either. The bark that formed wasn’t black but more brown in color too. Overall I’d say this was average, had the coriander been less coarse I might have given it a slightly higher rating.

Excellent Rub - very pleased with result. As I am very big fan of deli pastrami, I found this rub to be the perfect complement to my smoking technique. So very tasty with my hickory smoke-
