I have both the10 quart and 6 quart pressure cooker and the both work great. I have seen a few complaints about the stickers being hard to take off. FIRST don't try to scrape them off you'll just scratch up the pan. The easiest way is get some goo be gone it removes glues, silicone, even foam insulation. You can buy it on Amazon or any hardware store. Spray it in and let it sit. Then you can wipe it clean with hot water and a cloth it may take a few times. The other complaint I say was someone who knows nothing about the cooker tried to force the relief valve on top. It snaps on easily and should not be forced. There are videos of people using them and putting them together. I saw one that forced the valve and popped the retaining clip off. All they had to do was slide that clip back over the post to lock it back on. I use my cookers all the time and this brand was one of the easiest to use.
