Nice quality, work well, very comfortable

The back is nice and tall, the chair assembled easily, the material feels good, and the padding iscomfortable enough for sleep. The heater and massage function work well, but my feet hang off the end of the foot rest, which only supports down to my calves. I had to build a 6 inch lift for the base, then use metal brackets to add a leather covered, padded extension to the footrest. The brackets catch when I use the lift function, so I will need to modify them before I can use the chair to the fullest. But I can't really blame the designer; who knew tall people had long legs?!

While the chair is very comfortable the action to lower and lock the footrest in place is very stiff. Its takes all my strength to get it to lock in place. Easy to assemble well constructed

Chair came in 2 boxes with 6 pieces that need to be fitted together. Only problem was NO DIRECTIONS provided. Still need to figure out where/how electric get attached. Not a good start.. Seat seems sturdy enough though.

Advertised for laying but uncomfortable . Easy to put together. Nice assist in standing.

Bought a recliner from this company, paid over 600.00. Chair foot will not go up and down, then it does go up and down. Then it wont. Tried to send it back they wanted 700.00 to return it. company is horrible, will do nothing. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT, BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

12 hrs after return window expired my chair linkage to the foot rest broke. I have sent a message to the distributor for any help. I will revise this review one way or the other for a resolution or not. I will update thi review. Some of the metal on the linkage under the chair is fairly thin and cheesey. If you are under a 100 lbs it might be okay for you. To revise this review after contacting them they sent out me a new base for the chair which I'm impressed with customer service. They were easy to contact and prompt to respond. The replacement arrived quickly making me satisfied very much. I would recommend using this company. The chair over all is a little thin on the metal parts but that being said I just will use care when placing myself into the chair.

I find the foot rest a little short, also footrest doesn't seem to rise up as high as my old recliner did. If you have trouble standing up, I find that the arms on this chair are too soft/cushy, you cannot get the support you need to stand up.
