I've had no issues with these balls, they're plump and round as expected, and haven't taken any damage despite being smacked repeatedly.

These are exactly what you'd get a retail store - great quality. One thing I've noticed with lacrosse balls is that sometimes they smell really strongly of plastic/rubber at first, but these fortunately had almost no odor. Beyond that, these are the real deal!

I'm very familiar with lacrosse balls from my son's high and college lacrosse days, but I am now using them because they were recommend by a physical therapist who prescribed exercises with them for me.They work great and were additionally okayed by my PT, and I'm sure they would work just as well on the lacrosse field!

I ordered these Franklin Sports Lacrosse Balls for my granddaughter who plays for varsity in high school. She has a net in the backyard and practices almost daily. Not ever playing lacrosse myself, it would be hard for me to rate these balls. However, my granddaughter would not hesitate to let me know if these didn't measure up to her standards. No complaints at all from her, only a thank you, and they are not sitting in the garage in the bag. She is using them regularly, so I can only assume these are very acceptable, since she is very picky on just about everything. Granddaughter approved, highly recommended.

The Franklin Sports Lacrosse Balls can be used for juggling, as well as for massage, playing with your dog, and even playing an obscure game called lacrosse. As a juggling ball they are firm and heavy enough to provide the necessary heft in your hand. They are bouncy which is good if you are doing bounce juggling but can be a problem if you weren't intending to. The recommendation is to practice over a bed until you can reliably keep the balls in the air and predictably bounce them when intended. The yellow color provides a bit of pizazz for an inexpensive performance ball.

so I admit we don't play lacrosse - I shared them with the pups.. and even so.. the pups are quite unsure what to do with them. they are used to tennis balls so the sudden weight shocks them.. haha but they'll get used to it soon enough!I use the rest - as ad-hoc massage balls - I simply stick them where I feel like the muscles are tight? press the body to the wall and just roll the knots away. this can also be done on the floor - the extra firmness makes the pain go away for sure!

Exactly what I expected from lacrosse balls. It’s a great little pack of them. I hate the bucket though, it is near impossible to get off without injury.
