I used to buy Extend core, Unfortunately it's Unavailable in current country for a couple years now.I've tried a bunch of em but either I felt nothing or gave me weird nerve vibes.Buuuuuut This one is my option for workout powder for at least half year now.You can taste burning in mouth wee bit , cuz of ingredients as fat burner too but it's good kicker for long hrs with Creatine 👍Gaining muscle + losing Body fat = Go for it (Depends on Ur strictly Discipline matters)Flavor wise , Not too sugary, Not too Chemical.Also I don't feel exhausted afterwards from Caffeine or Sugar high. (Energy drink sucks so bad)
